Hi all, first timer her, hope I will come to like it her.
My problem is simple, I whant to know if the eject trick(taking out the update 1.9g hot fix DVD before the test and before the real flash) works? does it realy update?
Because its the only why I dont get the connection error. I used it for 1.9b update and for 1.9g update. If it does not work, then I dont even have 1.9b.
Info: Hade PaL Wii 2.1 whit Wiikey 1.9b(<-so I believe)(eject trick)
Downloaded the 1.9g from http://www.wiikey.cn , burnt it, used eject trick, Heard Homer say "you guys are nuts".
Got Super_Mario_Galaxy_PAL_Wii-WiiZARD , put it in, it updated my Wii from 2.1( no lan adapter) to 3.0e, after that I try to play and I get the 011 error. All my other games work, like for ex metroid 3, but not SMG.
I dont know what the problem is!? I have read true many forums no one realy knows what the problem is. It looks like for some it works and for some it dont, its 50 50 , unlucky for me it does not.
I read at maxconsoles forum, thread http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=86985 ,where thy hade many that hade the same problem, thy sade that maybe some Wiikey chips does not work as thy sude, and that the eject trick does not work to update.
So I whan know does it work or not, and if not, what one sude do?
Have burnt over 10 dvd-rfujifilm 16x whit no progress or solution.
