i have a 360 sitting in front of me opened up ive tried all ways i can think of to get my sata card to pick up the drive but i keep getting no device detected in dos with mtk flash. i have moved my sata card to diff pci slots and also changed the cables and checked the bios (gigabyte s-series GA-M57SLI-S4) thats the mobo so you know the bios lol ive also tried connecting my sata card to my hard drive to see if it would boot and it doesnt so is this a card problem or bios ive been trying for about 3 days now so could really do with some help thanks scotty

p.s my sata card chip set is 6421

Unplug everything except the PCI VIA card and the MS25. All IDE/SATA connections. Then boot to dos and type
mtkflash r /m /sata orig.bin

If it dumps, you can move on to the making and checking of the firmwares.

to flash back

mtkflash w /m /sata xxx.bin (where xxx is the name of your hacked file)

its a little bit undernieth hear thers some questions i just wondered about and no one seems to be answering sorry if i bug people to much but my 360 wont read anything thanks man
