WiiKey Clone does not save config 1.3 settings.

Hi all! So I installed two WiiKey clones today, but for some reason they don?t want to save the config 1.3 disc settings. Both are PAL Wii's, so now only PAL backups will play, other region backups lock up after booting from the menu. Any Ideas?
