Heya.
I have just installed the GTA Cheatdevice on 3.71 m33.
Try to follow the readme that came with the files as best you can.
I'll lay it out as best I can.
Make the folder "X:\SEplugins" "X" being the driver letter of your stick.
copy "lcscheatdevice371.prx" into "X:\SEplugins" - lcscheatdevice371.prx is the file needed for 3.71 m33 and up.
Create a *.txt file named "game.txt" inside of X:\SEplugins.
Edit X:\SEplugins\game.txt and add the line exactly as below without the quotation marks:
"ms0:SEplugins/lcscheatdevice371.prx"
P.S It's a zero in "ms0"
In your recovery menu, go into Advanced->Advanced Configuration and make sure "Plain Modules in UMD/ISO" is enabled
Go into Plugins and enable lcscheatdevice371.prx
The above is lifted straight from the readme but with slight alterations.
That should get you going, if not... your firmware may be having some issues.
I hope I have been of some use.
