Hey guys, I've been wondering.
Whenever i try to get onto the internet with my psp
it always says "Wlan is not switched on"
I switch the WLAN switch up [side of psp] and it still says that.
Could this be because I bought it in america? but live in canada?
anyways. reply if you have some help./

Also -> i cant add music+photo's to my psp

The WLAN switch is the switch on the left side of your PSP. Flip that up all the way.

You need a USB cable like this http://www.amazon.com/Intec-G6750-PSP-USB-Cable/dp/B0009DPQYI to put music, photos, and videos on your PSP.

Bud, :P thats not what I meant.
I did switch the switch all the way up.
Also, I have a usb for my psp which i used but once i get the music/photo's into the file on the psp it says "No tracks" or "No Photo's".

About the WLAN switch, maybe its short circuited?

It sounds like you have a defective PSP. It does not matter if you bought the PSP in the US and live in Canada. However, now you have to ship the PSP to SONY if you want to use that warranty.

There is no excuse NOT to mod! Don't follow the rules, make them!

Non-functional

Put photos in the PHOTO or PICTURE folder and put music in the MUSIC folder.

And the million of customers who bought PSP's with dead pixels, jamming Power switches didn;t do anything either. The fault is Sony, not you.

Stupid Sony rofl. and horrible customer support.
But, if my warranty has expired, does that mean nothing can be done?

Ya. It's actually cheaper to buy a brand new PSP-2000 than to buy new parts and try to solder them properly onto your PSP.

If your talking about a slim, ill pass. but still, Sony rushed it.
