how to burn games on DVD DL

i have downloaded files: ptc-me (DVD file) and ptc-me iso.file. it says rigion free. but i don't know how to burn this on dvd. should i use XBOX360_SS_Merger_1.7b to do that? or what should i do? i have an external DVD R DL. please help me.

all you do is get clone cd and put in your blank dual layer dvd in your dual layer burner.

open up clone dvd

hit the 2nd button from the 1 with the pencil and disc

browse to where you saved the .dvd and iso ( put them in the same folder and only the .dvd will appear click on that open and then hit burn on clone dvd thats it
