playing PAL gc games on NTSC system. doesn't work. solution?

I have a NTSC wii. and..
I have the Super Smash Bros. Melee PAL version, when I try to start it, I can only hear the sound, there's no picture.

someone suggested to use the multidisc creator which later will allow me to force NTSC on super smash bros. melee.

I did that. same problem.

Is there a way to get this to work except by getting the NTSC version of Super Smash Bros. melee?
