New simpsons and alien v predator games

Is it just me, or is anyblody else having problems loading the new simpsons and alien v predator games. I am currently running on 3.40 oe-a, and have been for quite a while and haven't had any problems. Infact I am fully enjoying the pleasures of Fifa 2008, Warhammer, Socom tactical strike and Medal of honour 2, but yet when I load the simpsons or alien I get the initial start up screen then nothing. Just black.

I am also on 1.5 kernel, if this makes a differance? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your Cfw is completely outdated, move on to 3.71 m33 and you wont have those problems.
