rawdump problems - does not detect my GDR drive

i recently bought a HL Data Storage DVD ROM GDR-8162B and when i tryto select the drive through raw dump it does not show up...but it is pressent in windows. i have the drive hooked up via IDE and the drive jumpers are set to CS (Cable select) any ideas?? what windows does raw dump support

i would try changing from cs to master or slave see what happens
