Hi
Can I convert iso game images to mini DVD and play them on my psp without messing with the PSPs firmware? If so hows best?

No you can not. The UMD discs are not simple mini DVD's. They both work off of different lasers. The only way you could "burn" a disc, is if you have a blank UMD disc, a UMD Burner, and the plastic casing; none of these existence (for us at least). Just install custom Firmware (3.71 M33-3 preferably), and place the files on the memory stick.
