Possible to make Word 2003 professional?

Does anyone know where I can get a pack of templates or browse some templates for Word 2003?

I have a document and my boss asked me to make it look professional. Any recommendations? It was created in Word 2003 so if I change to publisher or anything the whole document gets F$%^&* up. Just looking for fancy footers and headers ya know? for an annual report type document.

What do you recommend? All the templates I find out there are for 2007. (Microsoft's way of phasing out a decent software application so you go out an buy their new piece of sh$%.
