GUYS i have the sammy with ixtreme 1.0, straight from the box i modified the 360, all games i check with the mullet and i'm not ban, i think those who didn't get ban the first time (b4 ixtreme) are getting ban now
any1 get ban who moded 360 with ixtreme straight from the box

Someone one Xbox Scene with a Hitachi 0078 said he modded straight out of the box and got banned, but he was the only one in 27 pages who said that. I'm not saying that's it, but I haven't noticed anyone else saying that yet. It would be interesting to see if someone who flashed before they even went on Live always checked every backup with the latest Mulleter and were still banned. I can't add much yet since I'm using a brand new BenQ drive Premium.

i truly think were got it, like i said b4 i modified the 360 b4 i hit live with ixtreme and use the mullet the time i just checked and i'm not ban, me i can afford to buy another 360 so i will stay go back on xbl to see if they ban and will post, it seems like the people who did get ban survived the old ban or had the firm b4 ixtreme and played online

that's what I think also
if u patch with mullter there should be no issues
but is there a Db file that needs to be updated or does it check for the newest stealth files for you game after autofixing the backup?

bubba honestly all new games are already stealth, i havent dl a unstealthed game n over 5 months, so patching the games isn't needed
if u mod ur 360 b4 going online with ixtreme check the mullet to make sure the games is safe u shouldn't have a problem
in my opinion i think people who are getting ban had the old firm the 5.0 5.6 all the stuff b4 ixtreme then they upgraded to ixtreme but by then its way 2 late, since the last ban the mullet has gotten better n firm has gotten better

only the real old games arent patched i.e. fight night 3, i stay away from games that aren't stealthed by the poster

catsee thats a little misleading....and kinda telling us the you download your games....
im talking copying a backup from a retail disc.....you have to inject the stealth files yourself....they dont get extracted with the image.....so all new games being stealh is incorrect unless your downloading them and someone has patched it already.....i dont walk on copyright infringements....
but guessing how u get your games im saying watch what u post...TOS will tell u that

wow, what is this, post #3 now?
things to ask yourself or concider:
1. has anyone who modded right out of the box with iXtreme firmware benn banned? If so then there goes the bad disc theory.
2. Does anyone know how long MS has been flagging bad or non-stealth copies, NO. So you could be up to date now but could have played a non-stealth copy back in January and still be on the MS "naught list" so to speak.
3. Most real release groups these day only make their copies with the Samsung drives. So they are always made correctly. It is extremely rare to see one that is not stealth these days. Really, who does that crappy WXripper method these days anyway?
4. How many people posted that they were banned out of hundreds and hundreds of modded systems out there?
5. Has anyone been banned since the initial post or was it a one day thing?
So many questions and so many theories. Just no real answers.

I download all the games I buy for backup purposes, why mess with ripping and stealth patching when someone else has already correctly done it for you?

so u dont have to sit on a torrent for 5 days....
2 it shows that you DO own a retail game...who takes 2-5 days to download a backup when you have the retail game to backup in your hands, unless your desprate to play it....then to find out its a PAL game and not region free...torrent posters screw this up all the time....
3 you'll know if the game is for your region because your sitting in your house with your retail game making a backup on your PC....hhmm seems like the most legit way to backup your games.
those are the main reasons why I still use wxripper....also for GHII track modding ;)

1 i dont think is u mod straight out the box n use mullet u can get ban
2 i believe theres a naughty list for people who played a unstealth games months ago and micro didn't catch them to after the ban week, so they just ban them today with all people who played unstealth games

goto xbox scene and check out the last 3 pages....
3 or so people have taken a 360 out the box. flashed an ms 15 and got banned...the media was stealth patched.....
then there were some others that modded out of the box and did not get banned.....so imguessing there is a naughty and nice list....and its revilving arround your stealth games....how long you were "watched" and your gamertag....
heres something to try....
take 1 console make a new gamertag on live and mod the console...play a backup see if you get banned...if not take your gamertag and try to go onto live then check for the ban.... that would insure that their flagging gamertags to consoles....if you dont get banned then my theory sucks ass.... :)

No torrents here.....I use newsgroups like many others, I can download a backup in under two hours and because I know how to read, I can tell what region its for before downloading. Regarding the word "legit", anybody who mods their console to circumvent built in copy protections and securities is bending the law.

I dont check my disc rips for stealth. My firmware is a year older than iextreme and somehow im not banned yet, am waiting for the day though. For now im sticking with whats working
