Some BASIC BANNING questions

My 360 is away being softmodded by a reputable firm, and im a real noob to this, and have been alarmed by the new round of BANNING people form XBOXLive. so im hoping you experts can answer a few questions for me.

1. If i play ORIGINAL STORE BOUGHT GAMES could i still get banned
2. The "backups" i am using have all got this stealth thingy in them is this now useless and playing these discs may get me banned.
3. If i get banned, is that the end of my 360 on LIVE or can it be back flashed to its original prog
4. If i play the backups OFFLINE can i still get banned.
5. How can i tell what DRIVE is installed in my 360

1. Yes
2. Doesn't matter you will still get banned
3. Yes it is, you will have to buy a new xbox 360 if you want to go on live again and you will lose your gamercard and gamerscore
4. As long as you go online with a modded system there is always a chance you will get banned, to the best of our current knowledge

if you do get a new 360, your gamercard and gamerscore will NOT be lost. all you have to do is recover your gamercard, as this will not be banned, just the console will be banned. also, you could just buy the core model, and put your old HD on it and everything will be fine.
