I don't need much help.
I have a CFW 3.71 M33-3 PSP and my friend has a OFW 3.71 PSP.Can it be downgraded if so,Should I use my battery and memory stick or his battery and memory stick.
Basically should I put My battery and memory stick in his game or his battery and memory stick in my game?
Just thought I would make it a little more easy to understand.

follow this guide...i used this a lot of times already...
remember, ONLY psp fat batteries can be converted into a pandora's battery...if both of you guys have the psp slim, then do not proceed making the pandora's battery...
also, backup your mem stick before formating it

I have reach up to the part where I muct install the Pandora's Battery Firm.Installer but when I activate it, it says The game could not be started.(800214C). What wrong and what should I do?

THe same thimg Happned when i reach stepp 11 were i muct install the Pandora's Battery Firm.Installer but when I activate it, it says The game could not be started.(800214C). What wrong and what should I do? Pleas i really need your help

Do you need to change the kernel? Follow the guide carefully. I'm sure you kernel is not right.

Um... Have you installed the 1.50 kernel? I don't know if it requires the 1.50 kernel, but just incase...

pyrostorm, i was able to replicate your problem...here is my investigation result...
check the back of your battery, if it says "Made in China" with lots Japanese characters in its text, then you cannot convert that battery into a pandora...
find a battery that says "Made in China" with the text "For Customers in Taiwan only", that batteries do work...
the point is, do not use batteries from Japan...i was able to try this using 4 japanese batteries from my friends...and all of those batteries didn't worked...except for my batt...
there you go :)

I have two batteries with diffrent writing on the back. i dont c any thing on any of the their backs saying For Customers in Taiwan only i guess that y its not working.
That could b the only reason rite?

yep that could be the reason...can you identify it if it is written in japanese?
all i noticed was that i cant mod japanese batts...

bladog what country is your battery made in?
China or Japan?
cause I want to convert my battery into a pandora
but my battery says exactly what Pyrostorm's battery says in the back and mine is madein china so i can't make a pandora's battery on my battery??

N01NOob, mine is made in China...
yet still it is worth a try to convert your batt into a pandora...please tell us the result...
Pyrostorm's batt is made in Canada/South America i think...i am not sure...

Pyrostorm, i have one idea left...did you set your kernel to 1.50 in the recovery menu? you need this one to make a pandora's batt

I know you must set the kernel to 3.XX or something like that but I'm not sure...
