General iRSHELL Questions

Hello to all! I was doing some searching on iRSHELL on this site, and I couldn't really seem to find any specific answers, although the questions are very simple. Maybe that's why I can't find them, lol.

I apologize ahead of time if they are stupid questions, but I'm still left with question marks.

I understand the installation of iRSHELL, but is there any flashing involved? In other words, if I install iRSHELL (I have 3.71 M33-2 FW bytheway) will it be hard to remove? Will it make dramatic changes to my PSP?

And does it run like any other type of homebrew? More specifically, does iRSHELL completely overtake the PSP's FW, or is it just like a program that you can open and close?

I'm just asking these questions because I'm very intersted in trying it out, but I'm afraid there will be too many changes if I uninstall it, maybe resulting in problems in the future.

Enlighten me dev Gods! :D

NO, flashing is not involved

It can open or close or can overtake the PSP FW (Start when boot). Change the setting.

EDIT : IRSHELL is just a homebrew app
