Stealth checking backups with Schtrom 3.4?

I'm new to backups, go easy on me.

With the recent bans supposedly caused by bad backups, I decided to check the few that I have and found some things I'd like clarified...

1. What is the difference between Xtreme and SplitVid image types?

2. What is the deal with "Video Layer 1 Blank" and "Video Layer 1 on Layer 1" not being present on the first image? Something to be concerned about?

I've only used backups that looked like the second image and I haven't been banned, so I'm hesitant to try the ones that are different without some information.
