Are games saves regionalised?

Hi, have found a couple of games saves that i would like to import in- raving rabbids being one, but are the game saves region dependent?

Also- i take it you just copy it off the sd card to the game saves section in settings then load it into the game?

generally speaking, "yes, they are."

tried with bleach, and neither will recognize the save from the other region.

yes they are.if you have a pal game you will need a pal save. and ntsc game will need a ntsc save. hope this helps

any way to change it? i rented paper mario ntsc then acquired paper mario pal, i really dont want to play the game for another 9 hrs just to get where i was.. id rad never play it again.
