try burning m7 in a 1024k size with a dummyfile to your dvd-r without making xiso, just burn the files directly. And if you have troubles still and if you have an external paralell port with your chip you can do it that way it is very easy. just make sure you add the bios.bin file first then dummy file (name it something like z or zzz). you may try this but at your own risk. I did it and it flashed my bios after trying about 10 times by making isos but it happened to be a bad flash, luckily i had the parallel port to flash directly from pc to xbox. otherwise try other media.

What I'm Dealing with:

Dell Dim. 8200 2.53Ghz P4 533Mhz FSB
1024MB RDRAM/80MB IBM HD/120GB WD SE 8MB Cache HD
ATI 9700 Pro 128mb 8x AGP (Catalyst 4.10)
Plextor Premium (1.05)
Lite-On 166s (DS1C)
Philips 2.4x DVD+RW D28(1.68)
Windows XP SP2

Burn the files on a CD-RW... this way it'll cost you a lot less if your xbox can read it!

Ok,
So download evolution x m7 bios.zip, extract the files (It didnt have a bios.bin file in it.... there was this though:
1) Dummy.bin and
2) linuxbio.bin

Where do I find this "bios.bin" file? What bios is it located in? Am I doing somethign wrong?

After you tell me where to get the bios.bin file, i should put that at the TOP of the new iso in Nero, then add the dummy folder I made of 201 megs, and then burn and pit it in??

First of all, which modchip do you have? If you have a chameleon burn the linuxbio.bin and dummy.bin on the cd, with the bio on top
