flashing hitachi 47 drive - HELP Please!

Hi guys

I am in the process of flashing my hitachi 47 drive. I get as far as opening the Command prompt and typing in "flashix H (drive letter) #### (unique four digit number) but it comes up with an error stating:

"C:/windows/system32/cmd.exe-flashix ####
C:/program~1/symantec/s32evnt1.dll. an installed device driver failed dll initialization. Chose close to teminate the application"

It then gives me the option of close or ignore. At which point i chose close as i am to worried about doing anything else.

It then says "error - Hitachi drive build was not detected and then says one of three things could be wrong

1) check to see if your drive is in windows (it is)
2) Make sure you are using the right letter (i am)
3) Your x360 drive is not a working version (????)

Can you please assist in this matter.
