Just downloaded the FFT iso into my 1.50psp with devhook 0.46 which emulate 2.71 games, but it ask me to update the FW to 3.50 to play the game. Should I do the update? or any other version of devhook can emulate v3.50 games?

no, dev hook does not reach to 3.50 . Upgrade to 3.71 M33
