Thanks in advance for the help. I am somewhat new to XBOX mod.
I am planning to purchase 360 next week and I am wondering which modchip I should purchase.
I will mainly use it to play backup games. Won't use it to make backup or use it for anything else. I have no problem soldering if required. But, looking for the most reliable chip and somewhat easy to to setup.
Also, does it matter which 360 system I get? Will the modchip work for all drives?
Are there links to post where it explains all the steps I need to do to start playing backup.
Sorry, I meant firmware flash. Which one should I get? Xecuter Connectivity Kit v2, Blaster 360, or others?
If I purchase a 360 now, will it work with the DVD drive? Does it matter which DVD drive I get from my xbox? Samsung, Hitachi, Benq?
Basically the only way to go atm is with the F/W update to the drive (Including the Benq drives)
This F/W mod will allow u to play backups on ur 360 (all 360 backups & certain xbox1 backups) and also allow u to play backups online (at your own RISK and providing the backup is STEALTH PATCHED. The same applies to xbox 1 games that work with the 360. You would still need to re-rip them to add the STEALTH PATCH)
