Hi,

I was wondering what is the best option for watching movies on 360 ? Correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I know it is not possible to watch anything in HD on it (well, at least not possible without a HD drive). I'm looking for some solution for watching my collection of divx/xvid movies on my awesome new plasma tv with the best possible video quality. I found some kind of a tutorial for converting divx/xvid movies to wmv but wmv is not something that comes to mind when you say 'high quality'.

Oh, and I have a flashed x360 arcade (no disk).

just setup media sharing in media player 11
setup for the 360 then you can stream all the vids from your PC to your 360 just like having media center

theres how to setup the shareing on media player 11....if you dont have media player 11 try to find xbox media connect

yep, I've done that. Unfortunately, 360 can't play the divx/xvid movies from my library.
