Okay I downloaded and installed 3.71 m33-3 on my FAT PSP, now whenever I am playing a game, when I press the home button the PSP Home menu comes up, BUT I am not able to say yes, the button wont move back to YES, it will remain in NO and the sound that makes the PSP is like if I still were inside the game moving the cursor inside... why did thishappen should I go back to 3.71 m33-2? Suggestions?

It only happens with certain new games, otherwise it will not happen, for example with Warhammer 40K but it doesnt happen with Dragonball Another Road!

None of the answers were correct, I downgraded back to 3.71 m33-2 and guess what, still same problem, at the end discovered that the R button was getting stickied sometimes and that caused the screen from not getting out of the game... in other words stickied key was causing this problem, solved already

the trigger button problem. i remember hearing about that and how it would get stuck. you'd have to open the psp and sand down the bottom of the trigger slightly, and it would stop the trigger from sticking.
