my psp was fine then it starts to run slow

hi i bought a PSP slim like 3 days ago.

i got some games on it and i deleted them from the psp.
i formated it. well i was finish there were no games on it and i turn off the PS.next day i turn it on and it was still fie for 4 seconds then it started to run slow my and loading a game took ages. after that i waited 1 min and it was normal.
10 seconds later it was slow again when i was trying to start the game it says the game could not be started. (800201480
. plzzz help me my sytem information is

system software 3.71 M33-2

Can you be clearer?

By what you said, I didn't understand much.

Also, homebrew can't be played on PSP Slim unless you download eLoader 1.00 (Google it)!
