help needed patching dnas on ps2 fifa 08

I recently backed up fifa 08 and patched the dnas so i could go online. I have patched a lot of games for online and all of them have worked no problem. When i loaded up fifa 08 for ps2 at the start it reads the dnas no problem but when i go to play online
it connects for about a second then it said you have lost your connection to the ea server. I checked the original that i copied it from and it goes online no problem and does not disconnect please help i am at a loss has anyone else had this problem
