How come videos don't load??

I want to watch a video but it doesn't load. there is an empty white spot and when i right click in that area, it says "movie not loaded"

heres the website

(there is usually an ad that comes up first, just be sure to click on the "skip this ad" button at the very top)

so does anyone know why this is hapening and how i can fix it?
