Okay first thing first... Write a little more detailed I can NOT understand what you try to mean, second if you want to unzip a RAR file all you need to do is go to download.com and download WINRAR install it and then use it like Winzip... thats all.

use Winrar to unzip file,
format u psp memory card
plug psp to pc
go to folder and lookin for start.exe file (runa Dos key program)
and follow the intructions.!!
very easy to install
u don't need psp cfw to run this one
