Wiikey Config 1.3 disc worked once, not anymore

Just started backing up my wii discs, got a SD gecko adapter and have had the latest wiikey installed.

I burnt the 1.3 config disc from wiikeys website, worked fine the first time and I managed to back up two DVD's to SD card and then i burnt them. Took out the wiikey config disc and put in the burnt discs to test just to make sure they work before i start the other discs, everything worked fine.

Put config 1.3 back in to dump the other games and now the disc channel recognizes a gamecube disc is inserted, but pressing Start goes to the black screen with "An error has occured, eject the disc etc etc".

Any ideas what happened here? The backup games all work perfectly. I tried running the fixsize.cmd on the PAL iso and burnt it again as i didnt do this the first time, and it still gives the same error.
