Hello,

I am a 1st time user, i have a PsP 3.51 M33, the problem is when i cut and paste the ISO and CSO games onto my PsP, i could not view them on my memory card. some games work and some don't. can some one please help

probably a fake memory stick or too long of an iso name. in the psp, highlight memory stick, and press triangle. information will appear on the right side, press x. then an memory stick info screen will appear

capacity: ...
space left: ...
magicgate: ...

if magicgate says supported then it's a real memory stick. anything else is fake.


also, shorten the game names. don't just copy and paste the iso/cso after you finished downloading. rename it.

Hello Mate,

Just tried what you told me and your right it is a fake memory card. it says Unknown MagicGate.

Could this b the reason why, when i am trying to update 3.52 M33 it says Checking Psar intergrity; incorrect Psar.

If not how can i get round this.

I tried doing that and no luck. i also tried to update the firmware again to 3.52 m33 and now my PsP has has gone blank, nothing shows up on the screen. Have i blown my PsP. Also when u are updating do u have to leave any cable into the PsP, like charger cable. if or once my PsP gets fixed should i buy a new Memory stick.
