Anyone use IPTV?

I recently purchased the Honestech MY IPTV ANYWHERE DELUXE
basically for the purpose of transfering VHS tapes to DVD but now I'm thinking of trying to set up the IPTV aspect.

Is there anyone who has used this or any similar software that could offer some advice as to whether or not this is actually usable or how difficult it may be to set up?

I would appreciate any advice you could offer.
