i have made a pandoras battery with my fat psp battery. Here is the link i done it from

yes you can...find this part in that guide:

USE: Place the Magic Memory Stick then the Pandora Battery into the PSP you want to unbrick/upgrade.

X will install 3.71 M33-2
O will install 3.71 Official Firmware
I recommend not using the other 2 options unless you know what you are doing with those options.

before pressing X, you have to backup the NAND first by pressing [] (the square button)...this will backup the configuration setup of the slim...this will be used to restore the current state of your slim if you brick it...

it will then automatically shutdown...

remove the battery, and insert it back...now you can press X and let it do its magic
