Every time I try to load this game, I get a black screen then it says "This game could not be started (80020148)"

I have downloaded this file from several different websites and always get the same error.

my firmware is 1.5, and it lets me play games like Hotshots Golf.

Upgrade to the newest firmware that might be the case.
