psp game to memory stick???

I downloaded some games off the internet but they all came in a folder and when i opened the folder it had a bunch of winrar files inside. So i'm pretty much lost, can someone help me put them on my memory stick?

You hjave to choose and of these WinRAR files and extract it to somewhere in your computer. Once it finishes, it'll be an ISO folder. Make sure the title ends by ".ISO" or ".CSO" both are OK. Then, make a folder in the toot of your PSP called ISO (in CAPS) and copy the game in there:

X:/ISO/(game goes here)

X = your Memory Stick Duo's drive letter.

Is it really that easy?
I have FW 3.72 and put a copy of PS1's GT2 (an EBOOT.PBP file & KEYS.BIN file, i know that's not ICO) on my psp just like you said to see if it would work. when i go to play it, it won't boot and says it can't play due to copyright issues...or something to that effect.

Do i need custom FW to run it? I've been out of the PSP modding scene for a year now so i'm lost with all the cool stuff that's out there now. Can i even get custom FW for my oem 3.72fw? I'd love to play Gran Turismo 2 on my psp...so i'll do what it takes to hack this mutha and get it working. Any help please.
