I downloaded Twisted Metal 4, and when I put the folder in the PSP\GAME folder, and started to load the game, I got the error "This game cannot be started. The data is corrupted". I also tried changing the kernel from 1.5 to 3.52, still no luck. I browse in other forums for the "Universal Popsloader" and I found "POPSLoader_3.00-3.72 full pack". I followed the readme file, creating a seplugins dir in the root dir, and I still got the error. Also I didn't see the pops emulator show up on the memory stick. Do I need to downgrade back to 3.51?

Most likely the Eboot is damage, I will recommend you to download it again.
