Actually it might be easier to Google, "1.5 recovery PSP" or something like it.

Then put the Eboot in "PSP/GAME/RECOVERY" make sure the Eboot is named "EBOOT.PBP."

Then go into recovery and hit "RUN PROGRAM AT PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP" Then go through the steps and your back to 1.5.

It's not really a downgrader because your PSP all ready runs unsigned code...XD
