I my son tried to turn his psp on this morning and its running really slow could this be a problem with a custom fw or is this a known problem also game fails to load from mem stick

need help

Put the ISO in the ISO folder.

What type of game are you trying to load. ISO, ROM, Eboot.PBP file?

Also try and reformat the memory stick (back up your data first)

Go into recovery menu. Do this by turning off the PSP and hold down the R trigger button while turning on the PSP.

Now go down to CPU speed and make sure the CPU Speed is set to Default or 333 for the XMB and UMD/ISO.

Go HERE to get the ISO/CSO working properly.
