Where did I go Wrong Benq drive

First I would like to say that I have a lot of experience modding/flash the previous xbox. This is my first attempt on the x360.

*BenQ iXtremev1.1MultiSpeed (Non Stealth)&(5x)
*XDVDMulleterBeta10.2
*Xbox Backup Creator v2.7.0.265

Used the iPrep method to make bootable usb drive. Successfully backed up original firmware & 1st flashed the 5x ver. Used the PC Drive method with the DVD King Kong D1. WXRIPPER to swap and find magic #. Had couple of errors but fixed it doing the Dummy, Copy trick on the layout. XDVDMulleter [Build/Rebuild ISO]option then loaded iso. Selected the top option that was DVD9[ xxxxx + xxxxx]. Added ss,dmi,pfi.w/ no errors displaying.{got files off web}. Checked my progress with Stealth Check and only need to Convert to SplitVid to be iX compatible. USED XBC to burn off with imgburn @ 2.4x w/ Memorex media. Booktype DVD-ROM. Correct Layer break. After that didn't work I reflash drive with No Stealth ver & still nothing.

I'm thinking it could be one of two things. One the method I used to backup game.(But I was able to browse files and see them). Two not extracting the game partition from raw dump before feeding it to Xdvdmulleter(app seemed to be extracting files it self to build game partition). I'm just asking if maybe I missed a step some where or if one of the things I mentioned could have caused it. I don't have that many media left, so I would like to fix the problem before getting any more coasters. p.s. im able to play retail games, So either the FW is working or it's not.I have no way of knowing.

Once flashed, try playing an original game. Not a movie or music cd. If it'll play the original game then the flash is ok.
