I'm copying using a Samsung-will my backups get me banned on XBL?

Hey all, I'm copying my originals with the Samsung drive so if I play my copies on XBL, will I get banned you think? Or am I safe because the stealth is already built into the originals? Thanks for the help.

ok, well the answer is this. If you mod your console and play backups online then there is always a chance of getting banned. But if you make copies from originals with your Sammy drive, and you use top quality media like Verbatim, then you are doing everything possible to help avoid that and are safer then people using downloaded copies.
