hi guys !!
i got 2 fat ps2 one with magic disc and open top ! and i want to mod the other one ! right now wich one is the best chip solder and non to go with it ?
my ps2 version i think it is 5 and 7 ,i check and be back soon !!

No problem. With the matrix mod chip and the dms 4 chip, you can play online, you just have to disable your chip. Which means if the game you want to play online is a backup, it won't work.
However the crystal chip will play any backup game online without having to disable it.
Those 3 are the top chips out there right now.

thanks it looks like im gone with crystal ! and tell me anothr dumb Q ? is kind of easy to solder ! or is better to find someone else to doit 4 me !

modchip soldering should be left to someone who knows how to solder. improper soldering can damage the ps2. if you're comfortable with soldering, then go right ahead and do it yourself.
