Hey just wondering what the best settings were for firmware 3.71M33-3. I want to make sure im getting the best out of my PSP.

well... it depends. If u are a battey waster. Then disable the Power save setting. If not then keep it.
If u want fast internet, put the WLAN power safe off. That is all I can think of .. for now

hey mrgooey can i add? i just want to ask if is it possible to install a theme which is not a *.ptf file on my 3.71 m33-3 fat psp? if possible how can i? please i really want to install the vista_3 theme but i find it so difficult... hope u can help me..

go to ur flash and overwrite ur flash files. Backup b4 flashing.

Ya I know about those settings Im talking about in the boot menu where u can mess with the CPU speed and things like that what are the best settings for that.

ohh u mean the recovery setting. Well, put the UMD in REQ UMD mode. Enable VSH menu. Leave the region thing alone. Change he cpu speed higher in case ur games lag or ur vsh.
