Hello everyone. I have a general question about connectivity to XLink Kai via the PSP. I'm actually just wondering if anyone knows of a guide or has any knowledge on how to set up XLink Kai for use with the PSP, and as well if you might know anything about successfully setting up the Intec WiFi MAX, to run with XLink as well.
I've done many searches, but again can't seem to find the right answers.
All help is greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance!
Heres one. Good luck! I know some people who got it up and running, but other people (like myself) have never got it to run properly. Its all pretty much trail and error.
Awesome, thanks for the help guys! And yeah I did look on youtube, and there are some helpful videos. I think I might end up being one of those people who is still desperately trying to get it to work.
The guide looks very convincing! I'm just waiting to acquire my Wifi MAX dongle and I can get this all started!
One question, though. The guide says to download the latest ZD1211B v6.17.0.0 ZyDAS drivers, and even provides a link. Except the link is expired, and the ZyDAS homepage doesn't seem to provide it either.
I've searched just about every web page on Google, lol. Does anyone know where I can successfully download these drivers?
Ok so I've purchased the Wifi MAX dongle, and I began the setup and installation to have XLink Kai working with the PSP (I followed the guide posted in this thread). Everything went fine right up until I had to open the ZD WLan utility. I would click it, and it would show that the window is coming up, and then all of a sudden it disappears. Any ideas as to why this is happening? I've downloaded quite a few sources for the drivers, but they all seem to encounter some sort of problem (data is corrupted and the utility window disappearing is what I've gotten so far).
Anyone gone through or going through anything similar??
mmm....
might be compatibility problems cuz the same happens to me but i dont have wifi max tho, but remember that ur not suppose to install any of the drivers that came with wifi max.
maybe this video could help http://youtube.com/watch?v=KlTYhgxxo2w
With the first guide posted in here (3rd post by Ganon007) I was able to get my Wifi MAX up and running like clockwork!! The main catch I had though was finding the ZyDAS drivers that weren't corrupt or manipulated. If you can find the right drivers (and I finally got the link in the guide working. Those ARE the right drivers!) everything else will work perfectly, as long as you follow everything step-by-step.
Thank you all so much for your help!!!
@Ganon007 I'm surprised you haven't gotten it working with your expertise!!
