Well, _HelldashX_ said he hasn't released it yet because it's only really a beta version, still needs tweaking, which suggests maybe another extra feature. He also stated he is having some personal troubles, so some time next week seems like a viable timeline.

I think M33 got tired of making CFWs constantly. I mean.. maybe when we actualy need it or when there is a must have big change (like DAX and Mathieulh said).. then they can update it I guess.

Yup! And I wonder how he got attatched to making every new firmware as soon as Sony releases it.. He didn't make 3.03 OE-C till needed.. He should've followed that trail. I guess it got all messy after he rolled around with M33.

Hi guys..
I've NEVER did something like this before.
I've never even heard from it before..
But what I want to do is the following:
I have a 'phat'-PSP with firmware 3.73 (from Sony)
Now, I want to have a custom firmware, but I don't know how to install it. Is this the one I need to work?
And after I installed it, will I be able to run homebrew?
Thnx.. Tom

Is there any other way?
Or do I need to buy the Tool Battery??

Nope. You either sauter or buy one pre-made, be it this one or one off eBay.
