It is caused when you format your memory stick or delete the COMMON folder from your memory stick (via USB). All the data is in the COMMON folder from the PSP folder:
X:/PSP/COMMON/(internet browser data)

I know what happens when you delete or reformat files. I save my webmail address, went to usb and looked in my common folder and saw the html link there. Thinking Its there now I must have done something wrong before, I shut down. today I restarted went to bookmarks and it was empty again. No bookmarks, no history?

What kind of memory card do you have? and check if it's fake or not, go to picture, video, or music and get the information of the mem card and if it says magicgate : unknown, then it's fake

Why did you double post...24 minutes later?
Anyways, adown, are you sure you never delete anything from your memory stick and don't give me the attitude like you did before?

BT, that wasn't meant as attitude. My mspd is not a fake. I have deleted movies and iso's, but not between noticing this strangness.

Movies and ISOs don't interfere. Well are you sure you saved everything properly and went to the right place to find them..I never heard of this problem.
Try again, and a few minutes later restart the browser and see if everything's there. Don't connect the MS to your computer I just want to see if it'll work.

I just got online and went to my bookmarks and all I get is "add to bookmarks". I looked in my browser folder amd there is an html file that takes me there, but it doesnt show up in bookmarks online. Now if I just go offline and then back again it is there, But if I power down its not there.
