Your checklist:

1) Your game is in ISO or CSO format?

2) You put the ISO or CSO in the ISO folder in the root of your PSP:
X:/ISO/(Place game here)

3) You're you sure you have 3.71 M33?

Please answer these, I'll be glad to help you.

If everything is correct then download the game from another site, maybe the game you downloaded was just a bad rip.

If not all three questions' answers are "Yes" then you know your problem.

Go HERE and follow these steps to get the ISO/CSO working properly.

More then likely you don't have a UMD in the bay and you don't have a NO UMD driver selected. So the above link will show you how to set it up to play the games without a UMD in the bay.

Just to be clear. You don't need to have a UMD in the bay plus have the Sony NP9660 selected.

If you don't have a NO UMD driver (Sony NP9660) selected then you would need a UMD in the bay to play the ISO.

If you have the Sony NP9660 driver selected you don't need a UMD in the bay. It will play the ISO fine without it.

You can just leave the Sony NP9660 on all the time so that if you have a UMD in the bay it'll work and if you don't it'll work.

Nice posts, larrylje!

Download the ISO converter HERE.

Download the first attachment.

Convert the DAX to CSO or ISO but I suggest CSO because CSO takes less space than ISO.
