DMS4 EZI Broken V12+ Eject PCB Assembly

I installed my DMS4 EZI Pro earlier tonight, and it went smoothly. Then just as I was putting the top cover on, literally 15 seconds from being done, the eject switch slipped out and as it locked into place, apparently enough force was pushed on the DMS4 Pro's eject PCB to snap the connection point off.

Luckily I was able to get the broken end out of the PS2's eject switch, but... I'm left with no v12+ Eject PCB Assembly, and thus no DMS4 EZI mod-chip. Does anyone know what options I have? Does anyone sell just that part, do I have to buy everything just to get the one part? And just in case anyone with a V1-11 PS2 has an extra V12+ version lying around (The green one), I'd be willing to pay $15 plus shipping.

Mmm...try ebay, then browse some sites that sell ps2 parts. I am not certain they sell that part for sure, but they sell most everything else, so why not?
