Yes, you can downgrade using the Lumines game. Download the downgrader HERE.
Once you downgrade, you'll be on FW 1.50.
You can then upgrade to any CFW.
I recommend the best and latest, 3.71 M33. Download it HERE.
When you're on 3.71 M33, you can download a patch to update 3.71 M33 to 3.71 M33-3 (it's just a patch, the installation is nothing like 3.71 M33's). Download it HERE (it comes with a new POPSloader).

Now, you can, but it involves hardmodding. I reccomend asking a friend if they have custom firmware. If not, the 3.50 downgrader si the best option, assuming you can get your dirty lil paws on a copy of Lumines.

Yes, just before you convert your battery, select the option called "Back up eeprom.bin" and when you want to reconvert your battery, go back to the installer and select "Restore eeprom.bin".

Use this guide, the one that requires another PSP HERE.
Or use this one, that doesn't require another PSP but consists of hard moding the battery HERE.

To your first question: yes, you'll be able to flash to 3.71 M33-2 but you have to select that option when you're converting the battery.
To your second question: it'll be a Pandora's Battery permanently.

When you cut off the pin, it's permanent. You could charge it but it won't act like a normal battery.
You can convert the battery back to normal if you use this method that needs a FAT PSP with CFW or 1.50 HERE.

so why doing the step by step pandora battery method instead of choosing a battery if mine is cut its a perment pandora battery right? so i can go strait to just upgrade to the custom firmware right?
i do not need to use a regular battery after making hard mod pandora battery to use custom firmware do i? as soon as i cut the battery i go to the update firmware app on the psp or (pandora battery app) ? and then choose install m33 firmware right?
is this the correct way.

and this awnsered my question
says this thanks
4)Close your PSP battery.
5)Place your MagicMS into your PSP and then place your JigKick into it. It should start up automatically. If that doesn't happen, then just open up your PSP manually.
6)Choose your option.
7)Wait...
8)Successful! Yay! You've flashed your PSP!
9)Enjoy...

1) edit your posts instead of writing another one.
2) see, all you had to do was read and your problem is solved.
