Go to a torrent site like mininova.org. Search for "PSP Bleach Soul Heat 3". Find one with many "Seeds". Download it (you'll need a torrent client like uTorrent, which you can download at utorrent.com). When it finishes, extract it in ISO or it may already be extracted. Then copy it to the ISO folder in the root of your PSP:

X:/ISO/Bleach Soul Heat 3.iso


X = your Memory Stick Duo's drive letter.
You can name the game whatever you want but it has to end with ".ISO" (without the quotes).
