well. as long as your computer has the processing power and memory to do both i dont see why it wouldnt. and if you are using verbatim disks, and i assume prolly imgburn or clonecd, you dont have to burn at 4x. its slow. i set the burner in imgburn to max. it typically burns at around 6x to 8x and i have never had a problem. verbatim is very high quality.

just a thought.... what possible reason could you have to need to burn 2 at a time. just wondering?

do you know what your pc is running. proccessor speed and type? amount of Ram and type. your prolly gonna want a proccessor with atleast 3.0Ghz proccessing (prefferably a dual core) and 1GB of good Ram, not that cheap stock stuff. and make sure you arent running other processes at the same time. disable antivirus and any im's. any other processes running in the background. just dont stop anything that is nescassary unless you know what you are doing. you would be suprised how much stopping an antivirus such as norton(i hate norton) or your im's will help.

ya i dont use norton either, i hate it.. i have pentimum 4 HT 2.8 GHZ 2 memory rams. it lags, it's okay. i guess i have to do it the old traditional way. thanks anyway.

another thing, u never had a problem burning ur speed at 6 or 8 x? i always burn mine at 4x because i thought the slower the better.

well, to the respect of anyone who has put in a tutorial, or posted that you will get the best results burning at 4x, they are in theory correct. The slower the burn process, the less chance that an error may occur. i burned at 4x for a long time, and decided that i would try it at a higher level. ( I ) havent had any problems so far. if i do run into a problem, i will go back to 4x, but until then, i will keep doing what i am doing. if you ahve enough disks, it cant hurt to try till it stops working.

oh, and by the way, i tested the whole burn two games at once thing. it worked fine for me, and both games work.

i have an intel core 2 duo processor (2.8Ghz) and 4 GB's of corsair memory. And my disk drives are Sata, rather then IDE. i would assume your pc just doesnt have what it takes, but i couldnt provide you with any further details other then that.

John, you don't have a 360 game copy factory going right? lol jk, man, how many games do you copy man? Mine are like an hour apiece, sure it takes awhile, but my computers is newer like yours and you can still do other stuff on it during it.

if you wanna burn more than 1 at a time i wqould suggets getting an Acard dvd duplicator. very nice to have ;-)

you could try to use 2 diff programs and see if that works better. using the same program to burn on 2 different drives may confuse the pc.

lol..... please tell me you didnt buy a new computer just so you could burn 2 games at once.... i cant give you the exact specs it takes to do it, jsut that mine can. and im using ingburn with one and nero's image burner with the other. maybe my memory is faster, maybe its cuz my disk drives are SATA instead of IDE, or that my processor is 2.8GHz instead of 2.2. Anyway, who knows. but hey, you have 2 computers now, just do one on each pc. problem solved!!!

no i didnt buy a new computer just to burn two backups. the old one i gave it to my family. this is getting really annoying becasue i happen to sell xbox 360 backups games and it's taking me long time to burn each game at 4 x speed. somtimes i need to get the game sold by certain time, and the dvd-drive is delaying me... =(

ok look... this topic needs to stop right now. what you are doing (as understandable or honorable as it may be) can be illegal. seriously illegal, as in jail time. If these people dont legally own these games, and arent providing you with an original with proof that it belongs to them, its a federal crime. Not to mention it doesnt look good at all for afterdawn and anyone associated with it. there have already been several sites shut down by the SCIA for openly discussing piracy. This needs to stop. what you do with the information you get is your business. Modding an xbox isnt illegal. making backups of leagally owned games isnt illegal, but doing it without owning hte original is. If you choose to do that, so be it, but dont bring it here.

Well Mr. Perfect-who-never-fcks-up, some countries like Canada employ a tax levy on DVD media so that it IS legal to make backups. So just chill with a nice hot cup of stfu.

Awww, that's so sweet that John's boyfriend, Windsong defended him. You f-ing homo, it's ILLEGAL in every country to sell copied games, so STFU and go back down on John.
