well, why we are all throwing out insults, let me inform you all of something that is the truth here. Canada does employ tax levy's, which make it possible to get around certain codes of conduct, and even some parts of the law. This does make it possible to avoid certain copyright infrengment acts, But the entertainment industry in itself has laws in every country. you might be able to copy a picture done by a u.s artist in canada and get away with it, but i doubt it will work the same with worldwide media. i promise you this is illegal in every country, regardless of what you might have been told. now, to further my previous "accusations", i never said he was doing it illegally. for all i know he is doing everything in a legal manner. and no one needs to be banned except the people throwing out pointless insults. i simply wanted to imply that a topic such as this can get the owners of afterdawn in trouble. Recently there have been several sites shut down by the SCIA for support of piracy, and i dont want to see this forum be one of them, as i have come to use this forum quite frequently.
It's ironic that Canada entertainment lawyers got Demonoid shut down, but yet the country then allows people to sell 360 copies, doesn't make sense. My point is, it is f-ing stupid for someone to sell a copied game when it is a federal crime, I'm sure "john" is in the US.
Stan let him keep on selling his bootlegs when he's behind bars in the law library we will be home enjoying our 360 with the backups of the originals we own...
