Dark_AleX is a PSP developer must widely known for his creation and pioneering of custom firmware. No info about him leaving, just less frequent updates.

Dark_AleX or DaX or whatever you call him started the idea of Custom Firmware ((CFW)), his CFW is loosely based on Sony's Firmware except the ability to run unsigned code and other things.

DaX also helped many downgraders, exploits, and other things.

He is considered the greatest PSP developer ever.

A while back he "Left" because of pressure from Sony and others.
This is when Team M33 came in and he was actually M33 but few knew.

Then when he came out saying he was M33 he was going to leave The Scene because of a leek and some other stuff.

Also like LeadBaron said, he won't have a new CFW for any new software as long as it's a big change or whatever.
